For Poser:
Simply copy the Runtime-Folder to your Poser install directory or any other runtime-directory that is used by poser. 
Open Poser, go to the "props" category and locate the "FlinksScaryTrees3" folder.

For 3D-applications with OBJ-import:
Start your application and import the .obj-files
you must possibly newly allocate the textures for the objects
