4 texture styles for dress, jacket and belt.

The included adjust morphs on the belt, need to be used with some 
poses, to make the belt wider over the dress if needed.

A setup guide in .jpg to show the settings of the dynamic dress in 5 steps, same guide applies for the jacket, remember to collide the jacket against the dress as well, and victoria4.
