(for Photoshop 7 & Above) These are all accented with gold and have a romantic/heart/love-based theme that all coordinate with each other. --These romance-theme print/glitter and golden styles are perfect for adding a romantic touch to your pages and layouts! You can quickly and easily create beautifully styled Valentine or Heart/Romance-themed borders, text, accents, picture frames, overlays, templates, alphas, jewels, gems, dingbat fonts, custom shapes, elements, text and more! Accent with glitter or gold and you have a quick and easy way to create beautiful Valentine and romance-themed graphics! With such a variety of one-click wonders to choose from-this will be the only Valentines' set you will need. Use for weddings other other "Love Inspired" renders too! --There is a variety of heart-themed print combinations included for you to choose from...each style is different. And several different gold textured styles. Some of the golds are engraved while others are smooth with romantic purples, reds and pinks gradient colors inside. With this set you also get several Glitter styles as well as one transparent swirly gold overlay style. Use the transparent style alone or over other solid colored layers for a beautiful golden-laced effect! --Scrapbook Lovers & Creators: This is the hearts/romance and gold set will make your layouts, elements, text and more pop right off the page with color and texture. --As usual, these layer styles were created with seamless patterns/textures at 300dpi. Unzip and extract these styles (.asl file) into whereever you keep your Adobe/Photoshop CS (or Photoshop CS2)/Presets/Styles directory. 2. Open Photoshop. 3. If you don't already have your Styles window visible, click on "Window" and then "Styles" 4. In your "Styles" Window, click on the little triangle in a circle, that's pointing to the right. (located in the upper right hand corner below the "open/close") of the styles box 5. Select "Load Styles" from the Drop Down Box 6. Locate and Choose/highlight/load the desired .asl file(s) (.asl file=layer styles extension) into your Photoshop Styles Tool Palette 7. Apply to your layer with one click! Instructions for Overlays: Store the png files where you can have easy access. (they can even be converted to .pat) files and installed as patterns) Open with any application you have that opens/edits png files-use however you like! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Usage Tips/Special Instructions Quickie Re-Scaling Instructions: "How To Re-Scale/Adjust Layer Styles for Any Size Image in Photoshop" 1) To scale your layer effects go to (menu) Layer > Layer Style > Scale Effects. Or you can access this command from the Layers palette by right-clicking on the small layer effects symbol (looks like an f) on your layer, then choosing the Scale Effects command. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) When you choose Scale Effects, the dialog box "Scale Layer Effects" will appear. You can reduce the scale down as low as 1% to make the effects smaller, or increase the scale up to 1000% to make the effects larger. {Somewhere in between those settings usually looks best, however} This re-scales every effect used in the Layer Style at once...OR you can just remove/add a shadow, add a stroke or inner bevel, change the pattern scale size, etc. *Checking the "Preview" box will allow you to see as you're adjusting.* --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) So the next time you download some layer styles and find they don't look quite the same on your own images as they did in the examples, try scaling the effects and see if it makes a difference. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- File List: [File name] cpd_Gilded_Romance.asl cpd_Gilded_Romance_MAIN.jpg Total number of files = 2 [File name] cpd_Gilded_Romance_styles_Readme.txt License_Renderosity.txt Total number of files = 2 Grand Total Files = 4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Copyright notice: --You CAN use these styles to create/style any NEW personal or commercial works. --You CAN NOT however re-distribute or sell them in their original raw form or in a modified form as an asl styles set.
