All the colors of glass are sectioned off for you and the leading/bevel is even there. These styles make it so quick and easy...they even contain the shine and textured look of real stained glass! In this second set, I have created glass designs which are quite different from Set #1. --Suddenly, you can create fast & beautiful windows, doors, lamp shades and other household accessories! Apply them to frames, overlays, templates, alphas, jewelry, gems, dingbat fonts, custom shapes, elements, text and more. --These styles have been tested in Photoshop 7 & Above. Start your new layer or design at 300dpi for best results! --There is a wide variety of colors and patterns for you to choose from included in this styles package. Some are brighter and some are more conservative. --All of the styles contain high-resolution seamless patterns to make your designing so easy and fast! Seamless patterns are important for making your layer styles completely adjustable for your needs. Unzip and extract these styles (.asl file) into whereever you keep your Adobe/Photoshop CS (or Photoshop CS2)/Presets/Styles directory. 2. Open Photoshop. 3. If you don't already have your Styles window visible, click on "Window" and then "Styles" 4. In your "Styles" Window, click on the little triangle in a circle, that's pointing to the right. (located in the upper right hand corner below the "open/close") of the styles box 5. Select "Load Styles" from the Drop Down Box 6. Locate and Choose/highlight/load the desired .asl file(s) (.asl file=layer styles extension) into your Photoshop Styles Tool Palette 7. Apply to your layer with one click! Instructions for Overlays: Store the png files where you can have easy access. (they can even be converted to .pat) files and installed as patterns) Open with any application you have that opens/edits png files-use however you like! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Usage Tips/Special Instructions Quickie Re-Scaling Instructions: "How To Re-Scale/Adjust Layer Styles for Any Size Image in Photoshop" 1) To scale your layer effects go to (menu) Layer > Layer Style > Scale Effects. Or you can access this command from the Layers palette by right-clicking on the small layer effects symbol (looks like an f) on your layer, then choosing the Scale Effects command. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) When you choose Scale Effects, the dialog box "Scale Layer Effects" will appear. You can reduce the scale down as low as 1% to make the effects smaller, or increase the scale up to 1000% to make the effects larger. {Somewhere in between those settings usually looks best, however} This re-scales every effect used in the Layer Style at once...OR you can just remove/add a shadow, add a stroke or inner bevel, change the pattern scale size, etc. *Checking the "Preview" box will allow you to see as you're adjusting.* --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) So the next time you download some layer styles and find they don't look quite the same on your own images as they did in the examples, try scaling the effects and see if it makes a difference. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- File List: [File name] cpd_STGlass_02.asl cpd_STMosaicGlass_set2_MAIN.jpg Total number of files = 2 [File name] cpd_StGlass_02_Readme.txt Renderosity Standard License.txt Total number of files = 2 Grand Total Numer of Files = 4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Copyright notice: --You CAN use these styles to create/style any NEW personal or commercial works. --You CAN NOT however re-distribute or sell them in their original raw form or in a modified form as an asl styles set.
