-Installation: Extract the files.
Copy the JeffersonAF Maps folder into Textures folder in Runtime.
copy the JeffersonAF folder into Geometries in Runtime.
Copy the The dead tree folder into Character in Libraries_Runtime.

-Limitations: you may use this model in personal and commercial 
renders, but you may not sell or redistribute this model and 
textures.
