"Installation Poser or Daz"
Use the "Import" "Wavefront .OBJ" functions in the "file" pulldown menu. 

then move and scale before parenting to figure of choice usually to the "Head" then use the  "+" ADD button to save as smart prop into your library for future use as a "smartprop"for future use.

"Installation into other programs"
Use the programs standard .OBJ import functions. textures should come in already applied via the .MTL file.

Hints and Tips 
models color tint and tone are also easily adjusted using posers "color picker" tool for even more model varience.

each model has 2 different material zones. 

Also different materials/shaders work very well.
use the Color maps for Bump.

some scaling and rotation might be needed depending upon your application.
scaling and rotation are poser default.
