Installation Instructions: 

For Poser: 
Unzip into your Poser directory; make sure "use folder names" option is checked.

For D|S: 
Unzip into your D|S Content directory; make sure "use folder names" option is 
checked.

Usage. Read carefully! These steps is important!!!:

For Poser (V4): 
                   1. Load V4 figure to the scene. Turn off "Figure-->inverse kinematics". Turn off "Figure --> Use limits"  
                   2. Select V4 body. Go to Libraries/Pose/WM_Fitness_for_V4 and double click any icon marked from "01" ... to "25"

For Poser (G2):                 
                   1.  Load  Genesis 2 by DAZ3D. Turn off "Figure --> Use limits" 
                   2.  Select G4 body.  Go to Libraries/Pose/WM_Fitness_for_G2 and double click any icon marked from "01" ... to "25"

For DAZ studio
                   1.  Load  Genesis 2 by DAZ3D
                   2.  Navigate to  People/Genesis 2 female/Poses/WM_Fitness_for_G2
                   3.  Double click any icon marked from "01" ... to "25"
                     run “Force Limits Off”  before to apply pose


                   Using "WM_Fitness - poses for V4 & G2" poses with "STZ Fitness_room" (recommended separate product)
                   First you should buy and install "STZ Fitness_room" product. Check link above!
