The copy and paste the ABR brush files into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Presets\Brushes or C:\Program Files (86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Presets\Brushes. Or if you prefer, you can open your Adobe Photoshop brushes preset manager and choose to load the cloud brushes through there.
