You can use the content of this product for both personal and commercial needs, but You are not allowed to re-sell the images within the zip file. You cannot offer the images as png or psd for making tubes or other type of graphics: You must use them in your own art.
You can make backgrounds with them, UNLESS the background is just the TEXTURE, sky, water or something else that just give a "background" to the materials.
