Go to Props>TruStyles>Transport

Double click on the "Pick up Truck" product and you're on your way to creating great renders!

If moving the car, use the PTCAGE object to move everything, otherwise the car body will move independantly of the wheels. This is done so that you could give realism to the car's movement if necessary.
