Extract the *Poser.zip file into your runtime folder.

Product Description
This product contains a full Steampunk outfit with morphs for V4++, A4, G4. 
Contains, Dress, Skirt, Jacket, Belts and Robotic tentacles. Spells for Robotic tentacles also included. 
This set also includes two materials for the jacket, belt and skirt aswell as nine materials for the spells and four materials for the dress.

You are free to use this model in any commercial or non-commercial render, image, or animation.
You may NOT sell or give away any files found in this zip package without express permission.

Load the Dress and conform the dress to V4, all the tentacles are separet Figures and are all posed individually. The Skirt should be conformed to the Skirt.
If you want to create Shapes or Poses for the tentacles I suggest you use the seperate files called tentaclesPoseonly and TentacleShapeonly. Pose and morph with the controlls found under Body. And save pose with only body selected and check include morphs. This way The poses and shapes will not interfear with eachother when used.
