-Installation: Extract the files.
Copy the JeffersonAF Maps folder into Textures folder in Runtime.
copy the JeffersonAF folder into Geometries in Runtime.
Copy the Land of the Christmas folder into Character in Libraries_Runtime.
Copy the Land of the Christmas material folder into Materials in Libraries_Runtime.
Copy the Land of the Christmas HDR folder into Light in Libraries_Runtime.

-Limitations: you may use this model in personal and commercial renders, but you may not sell or 
redistribute this model and textures.
