The Color maps are a high quality base skin, without burned in speculars, which can be used as a blank canvas for adding your own touch. The Specular maps are also made separately to get the natural shine of the skin and to have more control over the strength. Avoid using Bump and Displacement in one shader, Note that Bump, Normal and Displacement are all Height Maps. There is no need to use all the maps at the same time - you can choose which ones fit your modified texture best.
