Copy the JeffersonAF Maps folder into Textures folder in Runtime.
copy the JeffersonAF folder into Clothing folder in People_Genesis 3 Female.
Copy the Charm dress_11297 folder into auto_adapted folder in Data folder.
Copy the JeffersonAF folder into Data folder.

-Limitations: you may use this model in personal and commercial renders, but you may not 
sell or redistribute this model and textures.
