Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf file into \Content\data\auto_adapted\ElectricShoppingCart_129364\geometry_10f1da93_c966_9b8f_c72c_06ccf8846c19\
Put the duf/ png into \Content\Props\VanishingPoint\ElectricShoppingCart\

Using the figure:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Go to the DAZ Content > Props > Vanishing Point > ElectricShoppingCart Library.
3) Add the model to your scene
4) Add people to your scene to suit your taste.

Optional: change the color of the model by applying any of the material presets.
