There are seven sacred teachings in the Ojibwe (Anishinabe) culture, as well as the Seven Fire Prophecy.

The seven Grandfathers Teaching speak of HUMILITY, BRAVERY, HONESTY, WISDOM, TRUTH, RESPECT, and LOVE. The prophecy speaks of seven prophets who visit the people and spoke of travelling to Turtle Island, of being lost and again finding their way, of finding a place where food grows on the water, about fair-skinned people with either the face of brotherhood or the face of death, a false promise from the light skinned people, the people walking away from their own teachings again, and the future seventh prophet that would bring things back into balance for all once more.

This is the basis for this character set. It contains seven glamor make-ups, seven lip colors, 7 eye colors, seven nail polish colors and seven different "war paint" options.There are also seven different tattoo options, and three eyelash options and reset options as well. There are both default and SSS skin effects to use as you wish.

Detailed Installation Instructions

Please unzip first (e.g. WinZip or another zip-program).
You can 
1. unzip the file directly into your main Poser directory.
2. unzip the file on your hard drive and then drag the unzipped folder right 
into your main Poser directory.

Usage Tips/Limitations

Always apply the base skin before any of the other options. I have included a variety of RESETs that are available in separate folders. 

Please notice the SSS folders. With this character, there are both SSS and non-SSS options. Be sure to NOT use a non-SSS with an SSS option, as this will create odd results. Please refer to the reference thumbnails for each option, as they have been rendered separately to show how the effects will appear.

The nail polishes apply to both fingers and toes. If you wish to mix these into different combinations, you will need to apply the alternate option manually.

This product will work in DAZ with some material tweaks. Even with the advancements in art and rendering, there may still be limitations when using this item in DAZ. While many material settings may translate to DAZ Studio, please be aware that DAZ Studio is not specifically supported, but it is compatible with DS 3+ after some surface setting adjustments.


Different choices for lighting and rendering settings will result in different render results from those displayed. Please remember that lighting is a factor for how well SSS effects render, so it is suggested to use a simple single light, or a few lights as possible. The lighting sets that use IDL options are also great for showing off SSS skin effects. Be unique and enjoy!
