Make sure that all of the files are placed in the correct directories within your Poser Runtime directory. All files in the "Geometries"-folder go into: Poser/Runtime/Geometries/Biscuits... All files in the "textures"-folder go into: Poser/Runtime/textures/Biscuits... All files in the "Materials"-folder go into: Poser/Runtime/libraries/Materials/Biscuits... All files in the "Pose"-folder go into: Poser/Runtime/libraries/Pose/Biscuits... All files in the "Hair"-folder (these are pp2files) go into: Poser/Runtime/libraries/Hair/Biscuits... All files in the "Props"-folder go into: Poser/Runtime/libraries/Props/Biscuits... -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: --- Using the Cap is optional. The Cap has some alternative transmaps in the Textures folder. --- You can find all haircolors and capcolors in the Materials Library and in the Pose Library. Select the Hairprop first if you want to apply a single haircolor. Select the Cap first if you want to apply a single capcolor. --- You can find the seperate hairprops and the cap in the Prop Library in a folder called Biscuits. --- How to fit the hair to other heads: Use the hair fits that come with the cap and the hairprop. And/or Translate into position, scale with fullscale, x-scale, yscale and zscale. Adjust until everything fits. --- Preview may not display correctly, please render. Scale the cap/hair prop a bit if you see skin scalp showing through after the render. --- Check Smooth Polygons in the rendersettings. For quicker rendering use depthmap shadows. For final renders it is recommended that you turn visible in raytracing ON for each hairprop. --- This hairpack contains hairprops in high quality, which can be heavy on system resources, 64 bit Poser is recommended. --- Please CHECK Separate Process in your General Preferences (Render tab), FireFly runs as a separate process that way and doesn't need to share it's memory with Poser itself. This will help you if you have trouble rendering. --- Smoothing - Use the Morph Brush with the Smooth Option on the hairprops to iron out wrinkles and make the hair more asymmetric. - If you want the complete prop(s) to be smoothed, you can use Posers Subdivision Levels in the Properties from each prop. However that option is greyed out by default, to activate it you need to do the following: - Select your Figure (V4) - Menu > Figure > Skinning Method > Poser Unimesh - Select your hair props and set the Subdivision Levels to 1 - Select V4 and set the Skinning Method back to Poser Traditional (the props keep the subD 1 eventhough they are greyed out again). --- The Morphs have limitations! It's not possible to predict what each morph or combination does in a certain pose or with a certain character. Some morphs or combinations will give unexpected results. Fringe Morphs for example can move the back a bit aswell as the front. The wind morphs can effect unexpected parts. And fringe gone in combination with windmorphs can pull the fringe back out of the head for example. Try to experiment with morph combinations, for example not use fringe gone with wind but with tail side. If Morphs give pokethrough, try to dial them lower. Keep these limitations in mind for morphs please. Due to the nature and number of the morphs, they can act unpredictable when used together. If this gives a bad result, try other combinations of morphs. Due to the nature of the hair design some morphs will influence other parts of the hair. (Bangs influence the back part). If you see skin showing through use the cap or scale the hair 102%. --- In DS please install in runtime "Poser Formats", NOT in Daz Studio Formats. The hair is parented to the head. To see the Hairprop go to the parameters tab in the tab Posing/Shaping under head G3F. --- If you use Octane and see strange stripes horizontally, use the smooth option from Poser's morphbrush over that area. Also in Octane in the Materials > select the mesh of the hairprops and set the subdivision level to 1 or 2, the hair will be very smooth then. Also in Octane set the Gamma from 1 to 0.5 for the transparency texture, to get a thicker, fuller transmap. --- >>>This is NOT a merchant resource, NONE of the files may be distributed in any way.<<< The content in this package may NOT be redistributed, copied or sold in any way.
