Copy the Extras Pro Mats folder into Master Terrain texture folder in JeffersonAF Maps folder in Textures_Runtime.
copy the Extras Pro Mats folder into Terrain in 3Delight Materials into Master Terrain 2 - The Ultimate folder in Scenes folder.
copy the Extras Pro Mats folder into Terrain in Iray Materials into Master Terrain 2 - The Ultimate folder in Scenes folder.
