Copy the JeffersonAF Maps folder into Textures folder in Runtime.
copy the JeffersonAF Materials folder into Top Gun folder in RainbowLight_Clothing_Genesis 3 Female_People.

-Limitations: you may use this model in personal and commercial renders, but you may not sell or 
redistribute this model and textures.
