City Night Lights PS Brushes is a package of 45 brushes (.abr) size from 4992px to 1569 pixels mostly around 2500-3000px. 
One bonus file for quick effect apply and/or PS training (1000 x 1415px).
They can be used in Photoshop CS6 and above. 

License for personal and commercial creations. Whatever You want :)




*FILES NEEDED:*

Photoshop software CS6 or above 


*INSTALLATION*


Unzip the files first, using Winzip or another Zip program and save in any directory/folder on your hard drive. Import abr set into PS brushes palette and have fun.

*USAGE*

You are free to use this product for commercial and non-commercial purposes. 


You may not use these brushes either in whole or part, to create new resources sets either for sale or for free.
