Product Name : Dusk Shirt and 14 Styles *************************************************** © Copyright 2017 Kerstin Weihe (karanta) All Rights Reserved The product was designed on a PC with Windows 7 and not tested on a MAC. *********************************************************************************** All of the content in this package was created by karanta ****************************************************************************** The prop cloth in this set can only be used in the Poser Cloth Room. For using this product you need to have Dusk. =================================================================================================== Included in this set are: - Shirt LP (smart prop / dynamic clothing) - 4298 facets - Shirt MP (smart prop / dynamic clothing) - 9461 facets - Shirt HP (smart prop / dynamic clothing) - 37823 facets (a higher amount of facets means smoother folds but need a bit more time for the simulation) - 14 Material settings for different styles (mc6) - 01 Material setting for default white (mc6) - 16 textures (bumps included) - 3000 x 3000 pixel =================================================================================================== Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory. =================================================================================================== ::::::::::: Usage notes ::::::::::: Please follow these steps for your first clothing simulation, or have a look at your Poser manual if you are not familiar with the Cloth Room: Load Dusk into your scene: - Click on Dusk, then in the Menue on "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics" and make sure all is unchecked. - Click on "Figure", select Dusk and click on "Zero Figure" - Open your props library and load the shirt into your scene. If you have also loaded pants for Dusk, fit the shirt with the included morphs over the pants. - Open the Cloth Room and click on "New simulation" - You can leave the setting as they are or if you just want to make a quicker try - lower the end frame for example to 15. - Click on "ok" - Click Clothify and choose the shirt - it will be listed under props - then hit Clothify to exit the dialog box. Select Collide Against, then Add/Remove, and choose Dusk and other clothes like for example pants. (The simulation will be quicker if you uncheck all bodyparts which will not affect the cloth) Hit "ok". Back in the Collide Against dialog, make sure that the 'Current Collision Object' has Dusk displayed. You may want to enable the 'Start draping from zero pose' option. Quick hint on Collide settings: Collision Offset is the distance of the cloth from the collision object and Collision Depth is the thickness of the cloth. Play with these numbers as needed to get the results you want. Usually you don't want to use the default "1" because the clothes will not fit nicely with this value. Try to change it to something between 0.2 to 0.5. Hit "ok" If you work with the default settings (30 frames), go to about frame 15 - 20 and add a pose to Dusk. I never apply the pose in the last (30th) frame. You will get nicer and smoother folds if you have some frames after the frame you added the pose. When the simulation is finished and the result is to smooth for your taste, you can always go a few frames back. - Click on "start simulation". It will take a bit time until the simulation will be done. How much time depends on you computer. If you are not satisfied with the result you have, you can play around with the fabric settings. Changes in the settings can give a large difference for the end result of the simulation. I often use different fabric settings for different poses. There is nothing like "best settings" for all poses. Please have a look at your manual for further, detailed informations to get the best settings for the look you want. After the simulation I suggest using the morph brush in the editing tools (the small hand) to smooth out the folds a bit. ___________________________________________ When you apply material setting "09 - change diffuse color" you can play around a bit in the material room. You can change the style for the shirt just by using different diffuse colors for the material zones or just by changing all material groups to one color of your choice. Endless variations are possible :) ___________________________________________ I hope you will have fun with this set :) Kerstin Weihe / karanta **************************************************************** Included morphs: Waist_Loosen Bottom_Loose Flatten_Folds Drape ________________________________________________________________ Filelist: ..\Documentation\ DuskShirtAnd14Styles-karanta.txt Renderosity License.txt ..\Runtime\Geometries\karanta\Dusk\Dusk_Shirt\ KWDusk_Shirt_QuadsHigh.obj KWDusk_Shirt_QuadsLow.obj KWDusk_Shirt_QuadsMid.obj ..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Dusk Clothes karanta\Dusk Dynamic Shirt\ 00 Default white.mc6 00 Default white.png 01.mc6 01.png 02.mc6 02.png 03.mc6 03.png 04.mc6 04.png 05.mc6 05.png 06.mc6 06.png 07.mc6 07.png 08.mc6 08.png 09 - change diffuse color.mc6 09 - change diffuse color.png 10.mc6 10.png 11.mc6 11.png 12.mc6 12.png 13.mc6 13.png 14.mc6 14.png ..\Runtime\Libraries\Props\Dusk Clothes karanta\Dusk Dynamic Shirt\ Shirt Quads HP.png Shirt Quads HP.pp2 Shirt Quads LP.png Shirt Quads LP.pp2 Shirt Quads MP.png Shirt Quads MP.pp2 ..\Runtime\Textures\karanta\KWDusk_Shirt\ KWDusk_ShirtB.jpg KWDusk_ShirtB2.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT1.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT10.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT11.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT12.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT13.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT14.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT2.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT3.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT4.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT5.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT6.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT7.jpg KWDusk_ShirtT8.jpg KWDusk_ShirtTB9.jpg
