By default the dress fits for V4 - if you use one of the other women, please apply the one of the fit morphs first. - Click on the figure, then in the Menue on "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics" and make sure all is unchecked. - Click on "Figure", select V4 (ore one of the other women) and click on "Zero Figure" - Open your props library and load the dress into your scene. One of the dresses has small constrained groups to make sure it slipps not down during a simulation. Just choose the dress you prefer :) - Open the Cloth Room and click on "New simulation" - You can leave the setting as they are or if you just want to make a quicker try - lower the end frame for example to 15. - Click on "ok" - Click Clothify and choose the dress - it will be listed under props - then hit Clothify to exit the dialog box. Select Collide Against, then Add/Remove, and choose V4 (ore one of the other women). (The simulation will be quicker if you uncheck all bodyparts which will not affect the cloth) Hit "ok". Back in the Collide Against dialog, make sure that the 'Current Collision Object' has V4 (ore one of the other women) displayed. You may want to enable the 'Start draping from zero pose' option. Quick hint on Collide settings: Collision Offset is the distance of the cloth from the collision object and Collision Depth is the thickness of the cloth. Play with these numbers as needed to get the results you want. Numbers between "0.2" and "0.5" work usually a lot better than the default "1" Hit "ok" If you work with the default settings (30 frames), go to about frame 15 - 20 and add a pose to V4 (ore one of the other women). I never apply the pose in the last (30th) frame. You will get nicer and smoother folds if you have some frames after the frame you added the pose. - Click on "start simulation". If you are not satisfied with the result you have, you can play around with the fabric settings. Changes in the settings can give a large difference for the end result of the simulation. Please have a look at your manual for further, detailed informations to get the best settings for the look you want. If you use one of the newer Poser versions I highly recommend using the morph brush (the little hand in the editing tool tab) to make the folds smoother. You can even make the dress longer or shorter with the "Sag" brush in combination with the "Smooth" brush. I hope you will have fun with this set :) Kerstin Weihe / karanta **************************************************************** Included morphs: Fit Dawn Fit Miki4 Fit Pauline Fit Roxie *********************************** Filelist: ..\Documentation\ KW_CorinneDress_karanta.txt Renderosity License.txt ..\Runtime\Geometries\Karanta\KW17_V4CorinneDress\ KW17_V4CorinneDress.obj ..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Clothing\karanta - V4\Corinne Dress\ 00 Default white + bump.mc6 00 Default white + bump.png 00 Default white no bump.mc6 00 Default white no bump.png 01.mc6 01.png 02.mc6 02.png 03.mc6 03.png 04.mc6 04.png 05.mc6 05.png 06.mc6 06.png 07.mc6 07.png 08.mc6 08.png 09.mc6 09.png 10.mc6 10.png ..\Runtime\Libraries\Props\Clothing\V4 - karanta\Corinne Dress\ V4 Corinne Dress constrained.png V4 Corinne Dress constrained.pp2 V4 Corinne Dress.png V4 Corinne Dress.pp2 ..\Runtime\Textures\Karanta\KW17_V4CorinneDress\ KW_V4CorinneDress_B01.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx01.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx02.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx03.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx04.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx05.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx06.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx07.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx08.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx09.jpg KW_V4CorinneDress_Tx10.jpg
