Tips and Limitations. 

In Order to Correctly Use Start with the BackGround Layer in Photoshop and Select Action and Play Action
Actions Can Be Found under the Windows>Actions in Photoshop. Load Two Toned TW Actions and Select Desired Action
The Layer Style Can be Changed on the Gradient Layer or the Group 1 Folder for Different Results and Effects!!
Bring Opacity Down on Gradient Layer or Group 1 Folder for a More Subtle Filter Effect!!
