and for the FBX file you can use Unreal engine.

Installation & Instructions:

1. Unzip content of the package into an empty folder.
2. Open model in 3D App or import into your favorite Game Engine.which is support to OBJ and FBX file.
   (If necessary, follow the instructions in your software program's manual).
3. You can use models to import obj format into Poser or unity.
4. If you want to use Unreal Engine for FBX file than please at the time of import the object please make sure 
   that Normal import method is with "Import normals and Tengent"
