Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf file into \data\VanishingPoint\DigimationCars\Ferrari360Spider2000\
Put the duf/ png (prop) into \Props\Digimation-Cars\Ferrari\Spider 2000\
Put the duf/ png (materials) into \Props\Digimation-Cars\Ferrari\Spider 2000\Materials\
Put the gif files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\Textures\Digimation\cars\ferrari360\

Notes:
1) The gif files are not used on the model: they are included in case you want to make your own textures.

Using the model:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Go to the DAZ Content > Props > DigimationCars > Ferrari > Spider 2000 Library.
3) Add the model to your scene.
4) Add people to your scene to suit your taste.
5) Pose the people to suit your taste.

You can easily change the body metal color or the license plates by using the material files found in the folders under Ferrari > Spider 2000 > Materials.
