Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the obj files into \Runtime\geometries\VP\PW\architecture\
Put the cr2/ png (figure files) into \Runtime\libraries\character\PoserWorld\Architecture\
Put the bmp files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\textures\PoserWorld\Architecture\StoreBuildingRear\

Notes:
1) The bmp files are not used on the model: they are included in case you want to make your own textures.

Using the figure:
1) Start Poser.
2) Go to the Figures > PoserWorld > Architecture Library.
3) Add the model to your scene
4) Add people or vehicles to your scene to suit your taste.
5) Pose the people and vehicles to suit your taste.
