System requirements: File will work in both PC and Mac when properly unzipped.

Needed Files: 
A file extraction utility program for extracting .zip files

Installation & Instructions: Unzip the files where ever you normaly place resources like overlays.

You will find a main file with the overlays and file with documentation where ever you have unzipped the files 

Tips and Limitations: 
Overlays are my favorite tool. You can use them with blend to alter a texture or you can use them as a selection. I use them in a pretty wide variety of programs so don't think that they are just limited to psp or photoshop.
