1 Park Bench prop, detailed sculpt in ZBrush for use in Poser.
Camborne is a town in Cornwall, UK.  This prop is the first in a series of locations based on the area.

System Requirements:

PC, Poser 11, also tested in Poser Pro 2014.
M4/V4 required for smart prop versions.

Installation Instructions:

Copy 'runtime' folder into your Poser directory.
Props are found in the props folder under DPWP, Camborne Streets, Park Bench.
OBJ located in the Geometries folder under DPWP, Park Bench.

Usage Tips or Limitations:

No merchant resources used, all my own sculpts and textures.

Templates for creating textures can be found in the Templates folder.
See the renderosity license txt file. But as a general rule, use it however you want in your personal or commercial renders, just dont redistribute the package, in whole or in part, to make a competing product!
