The Fallow Deer uses the Trans, Spec, Normal and Bump Maps included with the HiveWire Mule Deer Buck. Given the high resolution of these maps, they are made for professional quality commercial artwork as well as giving fabulous superior quality results for the hobbyist. YOU CAN USE THE INCLUDED FALLOW DEER SHAPING PRESET or use the following instructions to change the Mule Deer Buck to look more like a Fallow Deer manually: (These are suggestions, not required to use the product, and what I have done and used in my product imagery for the Fallow Deer. I just wanted to share my settings with you.) To change the Tail: With the HiveWire Horse selected, under Parameters go to: HiveWire Horse->Actor-> Tail: Tail Length All - DS: 100%, Poser: 1.0 Tail Full All - DS: -40%. Poser: -.4 You can also use X and Z scaling on the HW Horse tail sections to make the tail even longer and skinnier if desired. To change the Neck: With the HiveWire Horse selected, under Parameters go to: HiveWire Horse->Actor->Body->Neck-> Neck Smooth: DS: 100%, Poser: 1.0 Neck Thick: DS: -100%, Poser: -1.0 Neck Round Bottom: DS: (turn off use limits) -45%, Poser: (Set min. limit to -1, then set the dial to - .45 Neck Round Top Full: DS: (turn off use limits) -25%, Poser: (Set min. limit to -1, then set the dial to - .25 Neck Tall: for a more upheaded look, use DS: 100%, Poser: 1.0 To make the neck even taller/longer, use Y scaling of the neck sections of the Horse as desired.
