Daz Studio poses for Genesis 8 males.
Dumbbell workout poses are part of my workout series and intended to work with my RoundDumbbells set but poses works fine with any
dumbbells and barbells. 18 poses + one reset pose for whole figure. Partial reset pose and 3 different pose for each hand individually.

All poses are non figure moving poses, so you can put your character any place on the scene and then add pose. Only hip moves, so 
character is always right height on bench.

Expressions NOT included. All poses leave face as it is.

System requirements: PC, Daz Studio 4.x

Installing: Unzip this DumbbellsWorkoutPoses_G8M.zip to any folder you want and move those files 
to your Daz studio pose folder. Below you can see paths of the original folders.
