A specially modified and weaponized hot rod has appeared on the grimy streets of 1930's Grafton City. Driven by a masked man in the garb of a devil, it can out-race and out-gun anything in town.
Police are helpless to stop the wave of violent crime sweeping the city, which holds citizens in an icy grip of fear, every night. But with the arrival of the vigilante, elements of the criminal underworld now quake with fear, as many are captured and dumped on the doorstep of the police station. Soon everyone wonders 
"Is this vigilante friend or is he foe? Is he even human??"
Each person will have to decide for him or her self.

Model comes with smart-propped machine gun muzzle flash, booster rocket exhaust flame and headlight beams. Doors open and close, front wheels turn, and there are three different material textures for the car body.
