Poser User: Unzip the zip-file directly into your Poser directory. 
Mac: Extract to a temporary directory then copy the files over to your Poser installation, remote Poser library, or DS Library directory.

Important Notes:

This package contains 2 textures for the 1920's Flapper Dress. Materials come in versions for Firefly (done in Poser 10) as well as Superfly (done in Poser 11). Texture "Peach" comes with two material options: with or without the over top.
I would highly recommend to use subdivision on the dress (1 Level is enough) to avoid strange shadow artefacts in Superfly renders. Colours may vary according to lightning of your szene.
