Forest Mist backgrounds by Rowan54 ************************************************************ Required Software: Any program that will open .jpg files. -------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: Install where ever you install 2D backgrounds. -------------------------------------- COMMENTS: Previously published at both YURdigital and Hivewire3D. Twenty-one photos at 4000x3000 pixels (or 3000x4000 pixels). Twelve megapixels each. The photos are hazy, misty, ethereal....as the woods were on the frosty mid-winter morning when I took them. ...and just think of all the wonderful things you could find in a misty place. Maybe a forest sprite playing upon the harp, or a weary traveler from the 1800s, or maybe it's the day before Halloween, and ... The ferns and trees are large. To give a size reference, the sword ferns run from 1 to 4 feet high. Most of the tree trunks are over a foot through, and some are several feet through. Photos were taken in the Cascade foothills of the Pacific Northwest. The trees are mostly Douglas fir and western red cedar with a few broad-leaved maples, spruce, hemlock, cottonwood and other trees added to the mix. Do enjoy! Bright blessings on all your artistic creations! -------------------------------------- NOTES AND HINTS: When using 2D backgrounds in Poser, Daz Studio or Photoshop, remember that the light in the photo is the way the light in the photo is going to be. You'll want to match the direction, intensity, and color of the light on your characters and props. Digital photos are almost never completely sharp at the 100% size, which is why I provided such large pictures. This way you can reduce them to 50% or 75%, where the sharpness is much higher and still have a large picture. -------------------------------------- USEAGE: You MAY use this pack in all of your artwork, personal or commercial. You MAY use this pack for scrap booking, both digital and printable - for yourself and for others. You MAY use this pack to create your artwork for sale, such as prints. You MAY use this pack to make greeting cards, websets, email stationary, etc. so long as they are altered and not redistributed as they are. You may not print them out and distribute them as they are or re-distribute these files "as they are" in ANY format.
