Product Name: Moon Skies Contributing Artist: Rowan54 ************************************************************ Required Software: Any program that will open .jpg files. -------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: Install where ever you install 2D backgrounds. -------------------------------------- ******************* Previously at YURdigital, and Hivewire3D. Twenty moon pictures to use as backgrounds in your 3D pictures, in a variety of styles for a variety of moods. The moons range from crescent to gibbous to full. Some have tree leaves in front. Some are in the daytime. One has an airplane in the same photo. Some have detailing of the moon surface, some are just a bright light in the sky. These are great for any picture needing a moon in the background. Werewolves for Halloween? Sure! A daytime background with a little more character? Sure! Romantic backdrop? Sure! 1 picture at 2848x1896 (5 megapixels). 19 at 4000x3000 pixels (12 megapixels). They range from 636 KB to 2470 KB. About 30 Mb total for the whole package. ******************* When using 2D backgrounds in Poser, Daz Studio or Photoshop, remember that the light in the photo is the way the light in the photo is going to be. You'll want to match the direction, intensity, and color of the light on your characters and props. Using in Poser In Poser 10 (other Poser versions should be similar): File/Import/Background picture/browse to where you keep the photos. Poser hints: Turn ground plane off. Poser seems to render just the characters, so that you can make layers with shadows and background in an image editor program such as Photoshop. Move lights so the characters are lit the same as the background. Using in DAZ Studio: DAZ Studio 4.9 (64 bit) (other Daz Studio versions shouuld be similar): Windows/Panes/Environment/Browse to where you keep the photos. DAZ Studio hints: Shift the ground plane grid so that it matches the groundplane of the photo, so that the characters don't look like they're floating. Move lights so the characters are lit the same as the background. Digital photos are almost never completely sharp at the 100% size, which is why I provided such large pictures. This way you can reduce them to 50% or 75%, where the sharpness is much higher and still have a large picture. ******************* You MAY use this pack in all of your artwork, personal or commercial You MAY use this pack for scrap booking, both digital and printable - for yourself and for others You MAY use this pack to create your artwork for sale, such as prints You MAY use this pack to make greeting cards, websets, email stationary, etc. so long as they are altered and not redistributed as they are You may not print them out and distribute them as they are or re-distribute these files "as they are" in ANY format.
