Requirements:
Any program that reads .png files.


Instructions:

Overlay the pngs on the image of your choice. 
Use blending modes for different effects.
If you want a stronger presence, duplicate the overlay layer once or multiple times. If you then play with blending modes, you can achieve a big variety of looks.
Another good tip is to duplicate the overlay layer and apply a gaussian blur to the bottom one. Then play with the top one with blending modes, and even duplicating that too.
The possibilities are endless!
