Take flight to far-off lands with wings for the DAZ Millenium Horse and Foal. This legacy set combines the two titles, "Grane, the Winged Horse" and "Horse Wings for the Millenium Foal"

Stories of winged horses can be found in almost every culture's mythology. The famous Pegasus is a pillar in Greek mythology. The Northmen believed the Valkyrie rode winged horses from Asgard to choose souls among the slain in battle to go with them to Valhalla. The winged steed, Al-Buraq, was said to carry the prophet Muhammad. Also in Islamic writings, Haizum is the horse of the archangel Gabriel. Tulpar is a winged or swift horse in Turkic mythology and Tianma and Chollima were winged 'celestial' horses in Chinese folklore.

The winged horse has also been the symbol of modern companies such as courier company, Pegasus Express, the symbol of Mobil gasoline and even a motion picture company, Tri-Star.

This set has a pair of pose-able wings that attach to the HiveWire Horse for use in DAZ Studio and Poser. It has a Poser-based library system with autoloading DAZ Stuudio 3Delight materials (if using DAZ Studio). The set supports 3Delight and Firefly renderers.

*** Several controls to pull back the feathers away from the horses body to more easily accommodate a rider
