This is a general materials editor for Poser 12 that allows processing multiple materials, figures and props simultaneously. 

These are some of the  main operations:

* Smart copy & Paste selected materials: Options for 1 to all, 1 to many, or many to many.
* Smart paste only material values: Preserve shader nodes and textures.
* Reset selected materials: Reset values and remove all shader nodes.
* Cleanup: Remove any orphan (disconnected) shader nodes.
* Edit: Ability to edit 1 or all selected materials at once, to include editing shader node connections.
* Select: Selects selected object or material on the Poser scene. Optional auto-select mode.
* Collapse: Mass expand or collapse material root nodes and/or regular nodes input lists, and previews.
* Cascade: Reorganize the shader nodes in a more compact layout.
* Gamma: Mass auto-correct the gamma value on all texture map nodes in your materials.
* Maps: Mass replace all texture maps from the selected materials at once.
* Fix Bump: Auto-correct all legacy “Gradient Bump” shader connections to modern Bump wiring.
* Filtering: Mass setting the Map Filtering method in all selected texture map nodes in your materials.
* Save material selections preset (MC6) to the Poser library.
* Option to show/hide figures from the list.
* Option to show/hide props from the list.
* Native dockable Poser panel with Dark Theme.
* Built-in PDF manual.

In order to work you must own Poser 12.0.500 or above. It will not work with older versions. In Poser, click Help > About Poser to see what version you have installed. The version is displayed on the bottom left corner.

Installation Instructions:

You can install this Python script in 2 different ways (requires Poser 12.0.396 or newer):

1. If you have the ZIP file: from Poser's main menu, choose File > Install from ZIP archive.
2. From Poser's built-in store: From the library's "Purchase" tab, click the "Renderosity" option. Now locate your purchased Python script tool, and click the respective "Install" button.

Once the script is installed, it will show it in Poser's main menu, from the Scripts menu.

Usage Tips:

* All of the copy & paste operations are "smart", in the sense that the resulting operations will vary depending on what was selected when copying, and what was selected when pasting. Please consult the included PDF manual for more details.

* The Mat Edit tool is a native Poser panel, and can be freely resized, positioned, and even docked into the Poser interface. It will remember it's last position, size, and docking state next time you launch it.

* You can open the PDF manual at any time by clicking the Help button from the Mat Edit interface.
