Installation Instructions:

Extract the zip files with an unzipping program such as Winzip to your Poser directory.

You will find new items in the following folder:

Usage instructions:

Load the dress into La Femme from the props folder. Pose La Femme and set up your scene. 
Run LFCDress2Sim to calculate the simulation.
