Evidence suggests it has been cultivated since prehistoric times. Its trunk, though tree like, is actually not wood, but a fibrous collection of overlapping stems. It is extremely widespread, found in virtually all tropical and sub-tropical areas the world over. The plant is highly salinity tolerant, making it a primary coastal plant in the tropics where it grows on sandy soil. The seed (coconut) can float in the ocean for up to one year before reaching landfall to colonise a new area. There are 20 models in this set: 5x Standard. Green, fully mature and in good health. The models will appear as Props. Also present are all the material presets used in all models. This will allow you to load a different material overwriting the default. For example, you may load a "Dread Tree" model, select one of the dead foliage materials in the material editor and overwrite it with and autumn material. Please note that this is an example and this product may not include a "Dead Tree" model or "Autumn" material; the principle is the same though for any model or material.
