IBM PC / Mac compatible machine
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 or higher



Installation
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Extract with winzip and set the Extract with full path option on,
to the directory of your choice. Winzip will extract a folder called
Advanced Postwork Tutorial, and unzip the .pdf -file, as well
as creates /images -directory, where all the extra material
is stored.

If you don't have winzip, get it for free from www.winzip.com

Using

Once you've succesfully extracted Advanced Postwork Tutorial, open
your Adobe Arcobat Reader, and locate the file Advanced_postwork.pdf
from the directory where you unzipped it.
