(Note: prior of getting the lights, better delete the existing lights) For ease of use the necessary props are gathered in 10 figures. Get the figures (and included props) from the "figures" folder, then "RPublishing", then "Majestic Lobby" (ie from Runtime\libraries\characters\RPublishing\Majestic Lobby). To add each figure to the scene, select the desired figure clicking it once, and then click on the symbol with the double tick (at the bottom of the menu). Get the light sets and camera sets: from their folders Light Sets and Camera Sets and clicking within those folders "RPublishing" folder and "Majestic Lobby" folder. To apply different materials to the props, you have first to select the figure where the props belong to. The figures needed to build the scene are: Arcadia Columns Complement (includes props: arcadia columns C, arcadia arch C) Ceiling (includes props: ceiling, cones of light sharper, dome lattice, dome glass, spot lights) Floor and Columns (include props: floor, bar, big columns, circle lambrim, door frame, street, glass door 1, glass door 2) Lift (includes props: lift, lift door) Staircase (includes props: stairs, railings) Tables and Chairs (includes 7 table props and 16 chairs props. There are 3 slightly different tables and 3 slightly different chairs) Upper Floor (includes props: floor balcony, arcadia arch, arcadia columns, tribox balcony, reception, square columns, minispots) Wall Interior (includes prop wallbalc) Wall Exterior (includes prop outwall - this props is not viewable by the camera sets provided) Walls Main (includes props: wall1A, wall1B, wall1C, wall1D, wall1E, wall1F - this is the circular wall which was divided in six props to allow better camera placements, since each wall prop can be made invisible) Note, however, that you also have some props in the props folder. This is mainly optional or alternative and are explained in the notes below. To get the props: from the "props" folder, then "RPublishing", then "Majestic Lobby" (ie from Runtime\libraries\props\RPublishing\Majestic Lobby). ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES: a) Although the scene is fully created loading the figures from the respective "character" folder, that are also props in the props folder. Those are additional or alternate ones, as stated below: 1 - The (glass) dome props included in the figure can be substituted by a solid dome ceiling - to do that, delete the "dome glass" and "dome lattice" and load the prop "dome" or its alternative "dome faceted". 2 - The chairs and tables in the props folder are "reference" props, if you want to add more chairs and tables: just load the props and position them where you want them. b) To use certain cameras, you have to make invisible certain wall parts or ceiling. The name of the camera sets usually states which prop you should make invisible, as for example: c) The set is somewhat heavy, specially due to the high detail of the staircase or the colunades. Most of the light sets included also several lights, which impacts the rendering times. For that reason, there is a light set called "Basic Lights" which is composed of only 3 lights. There is also a faked volumetric light, with no discernable impact on renderings, made with cone props (that belong to the "ceiling" figure), which are accordingly called "cones of light sharper". To disable the volumetric light effect, just make those props invisible and with no shadow casting. d) There are several materials that can alternatively applied to the props. Their names refer to that, for instance: "wall1 alternate A" is an alternatative material to the "wall1" material" e) The figures have one prop that is the parent: usually, it is the "floor" on that figure (moving the floor will move all the props within that figure) f) This product includes 2 maps that can be used as backgrounds. To use them, Import>Background> and then select one of the following: sky 5 square.jpg sky6 square.jpg g) To doors are openable and the lift is moveable: To open the entrance doors or the lift door, rotate it along the y axis; to move (up) the lift, selected the Body figure and move it with Ytranslate. All promo pictures were made using the "Poser renderer" (instead of Firefly), with AntiAlias and Shadows set to ON. To use Firefly, set Smooth to OFF.
