Designer Entrance Hall (Poser & OBJ) Copyright Ownership belongs to RPublishing. This product was originally created by ratracer and acquired through VanishingPoint. An entrance hall, with surrounding halls and building structure. It also is setup to work with the "Designer Living Room (Poser & OBJ)" and "Designer Kitchen (Poser & OBJ)" found exclusively in the RPublishing store at Renderosity. For easy of use, all props come included in 1 figure, and a PZ3 scene file with all the props included. There is also a camera set and a few light sets with simple IBL effects. (Note: prior of getting the lights, better delete the existing lights) For ease of use the necessary props are gathered in 3 figures. Get the figures (and included props) from the "figures" folder, then "RPublishing", then "Designer Entrance Hall" (ie from Runtime\libraries\characters\RPublishing\Designer Entrance Hall). To add each figure to the scene, select the desired figure clicking it once, and then click on the symbol with the double tick (at the bottom of the menu). Get the light sets and camera sets: from their folders Light Sets and Camera Sets and clicking within those folders "RPublishing" folder and "Designer Entrance Hall" folder. Note that there are two light sets with "P6" in the file name that can only work in Poser 6 or higher (other lights will work in Poser 5) - as desired and only if rendered with Firefly with raytrace to ON. In the absence of all these conditions, the following light sets will be pretty useless: P6 IBL 01.lt2 P6 IBL 02.lt2 To apply different materials to the props, you have first to select the figure where the props belong to. To load all the props, you can simply there load the figure Designer Entrance Hall.cr2. In the meantime, all the props are also available at the props folder. There are also one pz3 file complete with all props and a selected camera set and light set. This is located at Runtime\PZ3 Scenes and is called "Designer Entrance Hall.pz3" Although this product holds as a stand-alone product, it can also fit with "Designer Living Room (Poser & OBJ)" and/or "Designer Kitchen (Poser & OBJ)", as it is made to fit perfectly in the middle of them. For that: Delete, from Designer Living Room, the props: INTERFACE.pp2, wall back.pp2, wall corridor.pp2 Delete, from Designer Kitchen, the props: DKDwallcorridor.pp2, DKDwallback.pp2, DKD-INTERFACE-doorcorridor.pp2, DKD-INTERFACE-doorwallback.pp2 This product includes 3 maps that can be used as backgrounds. To use them, Import>Background> and then select one of the following: sky 5 square.jpg sky6 square sunset.jpg sky6 square.jpg To use "Poser renderer" set AntiAlias and Shadows set to ON. To use Firefly, set Smooth to OFF, Cast Shadows set to ON, and Raytrace set to ON (if rendering times are too long, and if you don't want reflections and you're not using the lights for Poser 6 & higher, you can turn Raytrace to OFF). Of course, Raytrace ON will yield better resolutes if you have the patience.
