Poser installation:
To install to Poser 4/PP/5/6, open the zip file, click Extract, point the "Extract to" path to your Poser folder and make sure that the "Use folder names"  checkbox is checked.  Click the Extract button to unzip the files.  The files should be be unzipped to the correct folder locations (indicated above). 

Alternately, you can open the zip file select each file and drag and drop them to their desired locations:

.pp2, .rsr: .png files: "Runtime/libraries/props/Buildings"
.jpg  and bmp texture files: "Runtime/textures/3dCritter"
.obj files: "Runtime/Geometries/3dCritter"

The prop .pp2, .rsr and .png files can be placed in any prop folder.

Note: The sidewalk and asphalt props are the same ones included with Coalville Store#1, if you have already purchased and installed that product, you may receive a warning message while installing this package.

Notes about the model:

These props are based on two Main Street buildings in Coalville, Utah and are suitable for many eras in small town or urban settings. The original mercantile building was completed in 1909 and is still in use today. The annex is attached to the south side of the mercantile, but can be placed as a seperate, detached building.   The models do not include any furniture or fixtures.

The package includes additional props:
- Asphalt surface prop for street or parking lot
- Sidewalk prop (Increase Scale X and Scale Z values and it also makes a good cement parking lot)
- All exterior doors are posable by selecting them and adjusting the "Open" dial
