The dress in this set can only be used with the clothing room!
This set was only tested with Poser 6.

You need to have Aiko 3 (available at Daz) to use this set:

Please open your prop librarie --> folder "Dynamic Clothing\A3_karanta"

Import Aiko into your scene. 
Click on "Figure - Inverse Kinematics" and uncheck all
Click on "Window - Joint Editor", click on Aiko and on "Zero Figure"

Import the clothes into the scene. 

Open the Clothing Room and start a new simulation
Clothify the clothes and click on Aiko as the collision figure
Please have a look at your manual for further informations about the clothing room.
You can uncheck all of A3`s bodyparts which will not affect the dress. 
For example: Head, eyes, hands etc. 

The clothes are loading with the textures/shaders applied into your scene - 
so all is ready to work :)

I would suggest to render only with the firefly renderer and with best rendersettings. 
You will not get a good render result if you render with the P4 renderer or with low quality settings.
