The sleeves have morphs for changing the width and the length and are included with two different fabric settings (stiffer and softer fabric). The dress has several morphs to change the lenght and the bottom width. Please note that this is a Poser 5/6 only product. Please follow these steps for your first clothing simulation, or have a look at your Poser manual if you are not familiar with the Cloth Room: - Import V4 into your scene - Click on "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics and uncheck both legs - Open the Joint Editor, select V4 and click on "Zero Figure" - Import the dress into your scene - Import the sleeves into your scene - Now you can change the clothes with the included morphs if you like. - Open the Cloth Room and click on "New simulation" - You can leave the setting as they are or if you just want to make a quicker try - lower the end frame for example to 15. - Click on "ok" - Click on "Clothify" and choose first the dress and then the sleeves. (you can also make two simulations - each with one clothing item) - Click on "Collide Against" and click on V4 (The simulation will be quicker if you uncheck all bodyparts which will not affect the cloth) If you left the default settings (30 frames), go to about frame 20 and add a pose to V4. I never apply the pose in the last (30th) frame. You will get nicer and smoother folds if you have some frames after the frame you added the pose. When the simulation is finished and the result is to smooth for your taste, you can always go a few frames back. - Click on "start simulation". It will take a bit time until the simulation will be done. How much time depends on you computer. If you are not satisfied with the result you have, you can play around with the fabric settings. Changes in the settings can give a large difference for the end result of the simulation. I often use different fabric settings for different poses. There is nothing like "best settings" for a pose. But itīs fun to experiment with the Cloth Room, with poses and and fabric settings :) When the simulation is done, go back to the Pose Room, add a texture to V4, hair, add the veil, adjust the veil with the morphs (you may also have to move it a bit higher if you have hair with a lot of volume) and you are ready to render a beautiful image :) A last thing: If itīs not possible or very difficult to adjust the veil over a special hairstyle, you can add a magnet to the hair and make it a bit smaller on the sides. Thatīs something I often do when I use hats. Have fun with your new clothes! And "Happy Rendering" :) Kerstin (karanta) Filelist: ------------------------------------------ Renderosity License.txt ..\Runtime\Geometries\karanta\V4\ KW_V4AleenaDress.obj KW_V4AleenaSleeves.obj KW_V4AleenaSleeves2.obj KW_V4AleenaVeil.obj ..\Runtime\Libraries\Props\DynClothes V4 karanta\ !Dress.png !Dress.pp2 !Sleeve Draped M.png !Sleeve Draped M.pp2 !Sleeve Draped.png !Sleeve Draped.pp2 !Sleeve M.png !Sleeve M.pp2 !Sleeve.png !Sleeve.pp2 !Veil.png !Veil.pp2 Dress M.png Dress M.pp2 Sl SoftFab Draped M.png Sl SoftFab Draped M.pp2 Sl SoftFab Draped.png Sl SoftFab Draped.pp2 Sl SoftFab M.png Sl SoftFab M.pp2 Sl SoftFab.png Sl SoftFab.pp2 ..\Runtime\Readme\ karanta_V4Aleena.txt ..\Runtime\Textures\KARANTA\KWV4Aleena\ KW_V4_AleenaDre.jpg KW_V4_AleenaDreB.jpg KW_V4_AleenaDreS.jpg KW_V4_AleenaSle.jpg KW_V4_AleenaSleB.jpg KW_V4_AleenaSleR.jpg KW_V4_AleenaSleS.jpg KW_V4_AleenaSleTr.jpg KW_V4_AleenaVeil.jpg KW_V4_AleenaVeilB.jpg KW_V4_AleenaVeilS.jpg KW_V4_AleenaVeilT.jpg
