You may use these textures to create textures for hair models for free or for sale. You must apply the texture to 
a template in order to use for a commercial package or free package. You may not include any of these tiles or photographs in another merchant resource pack. You may not redistribute these files in their original form. They must be applied to a template. These are not seamless tiles.
