Not tested or supported in Daz Studio.

Installation Instructions:

Load Victoria4 into Poser. In your Figures Library, find "SassyClassyHair", and 
load the hair into your scene. Conform it to Victoria 4.

Go to your Pose Library "MAT SassyClassyHair", and apply the MAT pose file to 
change the color of the hair. Please be sure that the hair figure is selected 
before applying the MAT pose file.

Having the hair figure selected on "Body", you will find the morph dials 
"Bangs_messy, Bangs_shorter, Fuller, Windy_Left and Windy_Right". The morphs are 
not meant to be used over a dial setting of 1.0 as distortions to the mesh could 
occur. You can mix and match the morphs for several different looks.
