Merlin's Medieval Shields By Merlin_Studios 30th September 2008 Product Description: Merlin's Medieval Shields are a collection of 4 historically accurate shield models in 3DS format. The leather and gold studded Anglo Saxon shield dates from between the 5th century AD Britain, till the Norman Conquest in 1066. The round metal Viking shield dates from around the same time. The Norman shield was used by Duke William of Normandy's army in the Norman Conquest of England in 1066. The Crusades shield was used between 1187 -1192 AD in the third Crusade by Richard 1st of England (the Lionheart). A total of 4 unique shield models and 11 maps. All detail down to the studs and the leather stitching is modelled. System requirements: The models have been tested successfully in Vue 6 xStream, Poser 7 and 3D Studio Max 8 for PC.
