Note: This Roundhouse Train Station was designed for use with the Train Sets available for sale where you purchased this item, though neither Train Set is required to use this item Directions: Extract the files into the specified folders: Put the obj files into Runtime\Geometries\VP\trains Put the cm2/ rsr/ png (camera files) into Runtime\Libraries\Camera\VP Put the cr2/ rsr/ png (figure files) into Runtime\Libraries\Character\VP-Trains Put the lt2/ rsr/ png (light files) into Runtime\Libraries\Light\VP Put the pz2/ rsr/ png (pose files) into Runtime\Libraries\Pose\VP-Trains Put the jpg files (textures) into the specified folder beneath Runtime\Textures\VP\trains\roundhouse --The gif files are the texture templates and are not used on the models. They are included in case you want to build your own textures. Notes: 1) Poser 4 users do not need to extract the png files and Poser Pro Pack/ Poser 5/ Poser 6 users do not need to extract the rsr files. Using the figure: 1) Start Poser. 2) Go to the Figures > VP-Trains Library. 3) Add the Roundhouse Train Station to your scene. Vue: Load Roundhouse.vob Notes: 1) The model will be very big and willl more than fill the scene: this is normal. Even though the Roundhouse Train Station is scaled to the size of the Poser people, it is designed to store train cars, which are significantly larger than the people. 2) A light set has been included to get you started, though your favorite light set will also work. 3) If you are making an interior scene, you may want to hide the upper roof sections. Although the roof sections will probably not block the lights, they will create overall shadows, which will cause the scene to become much darker. You can hide each roof section by going to the Hierachy Editor, and clicking on the "eye" icon to hide each section to suit your taste. Though be careful you don't hide too many sections or else you'll start to see the background! Other options: render the scene without shadows or place spotlights within the building, under the roof. 4) If you are making an exterior scene, you can either move the camera so the Roundhouse Train Station (and any rails or cars) fit in the scene or you can use a "scale" pose to resize the station, rails, and cars. To see the entire Roundhouse, you may need to adjust the camera's "yon" setting to a value of 300 or more. Two camera presets have been included: an exterior view and an interior view. 5) To attach rail sections to the exterior of the Roundhouse Train Section, move them 25 Poser units (xTrans or zTrans). And, of course, don't forget to rotate the rails (using the yRotate dial) either 45 or 90 degrees.
