Mission-Style Family Room Set 10/11/08 by Richabri (Rick Bridenbaker) Thank you for purchasing the Mission-Style Family Room Set for Poser! All of this product's content was created by Richabri. =============================================================================== Description: =============================================================================== The Mission-Style Family Room Set is a group of 21 furniture and room props modeled in the classic Mission furniture style. The set features matching Sofa, Chair, Loveseat and various tables of the same Mission style along with other accent pieces. The set also includes a versatile and detailed room with separate front wall and side wall props to facilitate easy scene setup. An included mock (fake) door can be positioned anywhere on the wall surfaces to simulate an entry point from an adjoining room. Spacious and easy to use, the Mission-Style Family Room Set comes with everything you need to create unique family room renders. Use the furniture props with the included room or with any other room/house props - the simple style of the pieces allow the furniture to fit in with many different environments. The Mission-Style Family Room Set also comes with 1 lighting preset and a camera preset for easy scene creation. The Mission-Style Family Room Set comes with the following 21 furniture and room props in PP2 format: Room Props: ========================= * !!Base * !!Wall Front * !!Wall Righ * !Mock Door * !Swing Door Left * !Swing Door Right Furniture Props: ========================= * Area Rug * Lamp * Carpet * Chair * Coffee Table * End Table * Foot Stool * Loveseat * Picture * Pillow * Sofa * Table Stand * Vase 1 & Vase 2 * Wall Candle Fixture Everything comes as Poser Ready props that can be loaded from the sidebar menu or for even easier use - just load the included PZ3 file which has all of the props loaded with a default lighting and camera scheme. All of the prop's elements are completely modular and can be used separately or with other sets for maximum use and enjoyment. The Mission-Style Family Room Set comes with high resolution textures that look great from a distance or at extreme close up renders. The Mission-Style Family Room Set props have been tested to work in Poser V5 and higher. They may work in earlier versions of Poser and/or Daz Studio but they are not supported running in versions of Poser lower than Poser 5. ============================================================================= Notes: The Camera preset should only be used when the !!Wall Right prop is not loaded or else the camera view will be obstructed by the wall. The !Swing doors have their joint parameters adjusted to swing open from the hinges with a normal Y-Rotation. There are no limits to the swing however and you should be careful to control the final position of the door being opened. The lighting scheme uses 4 infinite lights with only light (Main) having the ability to create shadows and the other three providing fill and accent lighting. This lighting preset was provided to give a general illumination of this set. It should be adequate for most scenes but I highly recommend adjusting it for any specific scenes you may create if you choose to use it. The shadow casting ability of the !!Base, !!Wall Front and !!Wall Right are turned off by default to make it easier to light any chosen camera view. You can turn them back on by selecting the props and going to Object - Properties from the Poser menu and clicking the Cast Shadows checkbox. The textures were chosen to provide the best look to the scene. You can easily change the look of the elements by changing the appropriate textures/colors in the Material Dialog Box in Poser. =============================================================================== You will need Poser 5 or higher to use these props although they should work in every version of Poser including Daz Studio. =============================================================================== To install: Unzip the archive (MS_FamRoom.zip) to the root folder wherever you installed Poser: (i.e., i.e., C:\Program Files\Curious Labs\Poser 6). Some adjustments may be necessary to account for different computer environments and/or morphs.
